Tips: The packing list is a spare part of the Titan extruder, NOT including the stepper motor. The stepper motor in the figure only works as an effect diagram.
Titan extruder advantages:
1. Feeding torque is large.
2. Product is compact and light.
3. Support remote and short-distance feeding.
4. Strong compatibility (can used with all the filaments of 1.75mm in the market, and mainly optimized the performance of the remote printing with the flexible filament such as the TPU.
5. Using with the high-strength engineering materials injection molding products that resistant to aging.
6. For the gear reducer structure, the motor is lightweight and little, but with outstanding torque and resolution. The feeding speed is more stable to improve the print quality and effectively reduce the overall weight.

The optimization features of the new Titan extruder compared to the old one:
Cancel the M3 screw at the
circle arrow position. The screw is installed behind the gear shaft, and the advantage is that it ca
n be fixed more stable and will not stuck the bearing.(The screw of original extruder at
red circle position can not be tightened. If tightened, the screw will stuck the bearing and the extrusion feed gear will not rotate smoothly or even get stuck)
The extrusion feed gear is changed to the integrated injection molding, which makes it stable. (The original version uses large gears and metal gears to fit the mosaic assembly. The shortcomings are poor reliability, easy to loose off and with high cost)
Redesign and strengthen the force position. The structure of the new Titan is more reliable and more durable.(The original version has no such strong structural strength)
① Optimize the trigger finger position to use more conveniently and more labor-saving, and the appearance looks more coordinated. (The original design is square and not good in ergonomic and aesthetic)
② Optimized the feeding port guide to facilitate direct loading of filaments. (The original version is 4mm large hole with outer diameter 4*2mm Teflon tube, the feeding is easy to be misplaced and it affects the appearance)
③ Use U-slot guide wheel design, which makes the feeding without deviation to reduce the torque and no loss of the extrusion gear. (The original version of the flat bearing can not effectively prevent the loss of torque caused by the lateral follow-up of the filaments and also cause unnecessary wear of the rubber inlet.)
④ The new bearing can effectively avoid the friction between the rubber hole and the motor shaft, and reduce the torque loss caused by the hole lock the motor due to the rubber parts, and it can effectively protect the rubber parts from damage. (The original version is 5.1mm plastic hole directly on the motor shaft. Serious loss of the motor when the torque is severe, the motor will be locked and not work.)
Hand-tightening screw with integrated injection molding looks beautiful and the product body is more coordinated and low cost. (The original version of the M4 screws need to be used with a hex wrench to adjust the looseness, which is inconvenient. And the advanced configuration even need to add money to upgrade to metal hand screw, which is in high cost, single color and inconsistent with the product body.)

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
